Follow the same easy steps as when making a reservation for 2 people. Rural Dreamers tip: Before booking your rental, we recommend you clear up any doubts with the property owner, especially if you are looking to make a group booking. Some owners might have more than one rental.

Every rural rental page includes a section where you can send the homeowner your questions. You will need to fill out a form. Your questions will also be checked by us just in case.

No, you won´t need to use your credit card at any step of the online booking process.

All that remains is to wait for the property owner to confirm your reservation. It shouldn’t take more than 8 hours.

Every property has its own cancellation policy. Please read it in the cancellation policy section of the establishment’s page on our site.

Property owners

The commission depends on the number and type of properties that owners list: Owners with 1 property = 14.5% / Owners with 2 or more properties = 11.5% / Hotel owners = 11.5%.

An annual charge of €65, which covers the following services:

– Optimised content creation

– Customer service

– Use of our extranet to update calendar prices on Rural Dreamers and with other OTAs.

Note: As a special launch offer, we are currently not charging this fee.

Yes, you are free to use your own cancellation policy. It will appear on your property’s landing page on our website.

You will receive the full reservation amount. Rural Dreamers will invoice you for the relevant sum based on the commission rate that applies in your case. You then have to send us the payment.

Yes, you can freely block calendar dates for customers coming from Rural Dreamers, or from any other booking channel.

No. You are totally free to work with other OTAs.
